LASER CUT
Cutting and engraving line, complete with hot stamping for rigid and elastic ribbons.
The machine is modular: the parts are positioned and electrically connected to each other so as to form a single line.

The fabric feeding module consists of a belt conveyor with brushless motorization, which allows to manage all the cutting measures (settable with advancement step calibrated to the millimetre) and is equipped with an encoder and optical sensor detection system of positioning and repetitiveness, which guarantees a correct and always controlled feed. A thermal transfer printing system is positioned in the module, whose heated head (controlled by low error electronic systems) has a useful plate application surface of 300x250mm.

2. The cutting and engraving module, also brushless motorized, has a suction transport with encoder detection at the input, for perfect detection of the cutting point. The cutting group, made up of a blade and a fixed counter-blade, can carry out any type of work. The operator programs the machine via a touch-screen panel, with which he constantly checks the line.
