MYAKURA Lift arm production line
Plant is entirely designed and built in our headquarters in each of its components. It consists of a bundle bar feeder and loads all types of figures. The plant feeds the single bar, cuts it to the set size, carries out the dimensional check rejecting the oversized piece. The conforming piece is fed to the milling machine which allows the machining of pieces from 0.5 Mt. to 12 Mt. by performing milling, drilling, chamfering, recesses. The machine has a tool magazine with 24 stations and an electrospindle of 24 kW at 24,000 rpm with the passage of the machining oil inside the tool. In this specific case, the plant processes the lift arms for OFF ROAD tractors from the bar to the finished piece.
Test Bench for Transmissions - Brakes - Clutches - PTO
Test Bench for Functional, Cyclic and Mechanical Stress Verification suitable for Dry or Oil Brake Clutch Groups, Gearboxes and PTO Off Road. The bench can be positioned both on the production line and in the Test Room. At the end of the test, a test label is issued containing the test specifications of the single test object. The system can be interfaced with management systems.
Fatigue and cyclic test bench for Front Link lifters
The bench carries out the testing tests in Stress, Cyclic Operation and Vibration. The system is fully programmable based on time and/or the number of cycles to be performed with settable speed and applied load. The feed back data is reported on a file and the graph of the set cycle is displayed. If the system exceeds the limits of the set variables, it immediately interrupts the cycle in its current state. The system can be viewed and controlled remotely via the APP site
Tempering in Quench Water
The tempering tank has a capacity of 1.5 cubic meters of product per cycle. The plant is supplied with all its functional components including the cooling water system. The constructive characteristics of the tank allow for uniform hardening and toughness of all the material in the bath. Steam emissions are virtually zero with minimal temperature increase for each work cycle. This allows us to be able to carry out many hardening cycles at times very close together.
Leak test for OFF ROAD - CRANE - FORKLIFT control cabins
The system performs a rain or washing simulation for the cockpits of outdoor work vehicles. The control is of a visual type carried out by the operator. The system can be placed directly in the production cycle or offline. The system is controlled by remote control or dedicated APP.
Leak Test Bench for Welded Tanks
The bench performs a pressure test cycle of welded tanks in technical or metallic materials. The bench can be calibrated for Pressure and Cycle Time.
At the end of the cycle, a visual signal of the result obtained is issued or a label of the positive result only to be affixed to the tested object. The system can be customized as needed

Separation systems and bar loading from bundles for all shapes and sizes. The system can be interfaced with the machine located downstream of the system
